Management of system and information access
BeeOffice supports the management of access rights to IT applications and sensitive information, such as personal data records.
In access management, you can use authorization groups from a defined directory. When access is requested, the system forwards the request to the appropriate people for authorization (e.g. the company’s Data Protection Officer).
This allows you to check at any time who has access to a given resource and also to remove it if necessary (e.g. when an employee leaves the company).
