BeeOffice fitted all our needs. We obtained the first production version in less than two months from signing the contract. Then we enabled more modules and moved other processes into the solution. For us, an important advantage of BeeOffice is high employee adoption – the system is user-friendly and intuitive.
In a situation where our existing solutions did not provide full service, we decided to buy BeeOffice. Currently, it is used by 2,400 employees in Phoenix Contact Wielkopolska. At this scale, the degree of improvement in the work of the HR department is significant. Considerably less phone calls, emails, and printed paper. HR employees can focus on their work. The data is automatically retrieved from SAP HR, so there is no risk of errors when calculating leaves.
BeeOffice turned out to be what we were looking for. A flexible tool that could easily be adapted to our individual needs and didn’t require a complicated, lengthy implementation. It allows the employees of Phoenix Contact Wielkopolska to handle personnel matters at any time, from anywhere in the world from a web browser. The ability to integrate this tool with our company's SAP HR was also important in order not to duplicate data in two places.
The purchase of a ready-to-use BeeOffice platform and the launch of the Business Trips module allowed us to implement and launch the solution across the Integer Group within several weeks. The application is maintained in the SaaS model, so we did not have to invest in hardware infrastructure. This also results in a shorter time and lower costs of BeeOffice implementation.
In 2015, the number of business trips made by Integer Group employees exceeded four thousand. With this number and the complexity of accounting of business trips to many countries, I estimate that the decision to use the BeeOffice Business Trips allowed us to save more than 300 hours per month across the organization, compared to the previous model, in which the process was handled manually. In addition, greater transparency of the costs of business trips and the ability to fully measure them has contributed to further savings. The costs of business trips have been reduced by around 30%.
The implementation of the Service Desk system in our company has streamlined the processes of handling requests by IT and logistics service teams. After the permissions of both teams have been appropriately set up, the communication between service technicians and users is recorded in independent areas, not disturbed by unnecessary information from the other team. We are kept informed about the system development plans; our suggestions are also taken into account.
